A quick post before I go to bed. I'm sending out my love and gratitude to those who followed and took the time to leave sweet comments on my very first blog.  It's amazing how bloggers support each and everyone. Bunch of thanks lovely ladies.

Bea, the sister i've never had. Maybe not by blood but by heart. A very sweet, thoughtful and beautiful young lady inside and out. She's been my confidant, fashion adviser, love doctor and all a real sister could offer. We are bound not only by family ties but through FASHION as well :)

Black BERET.

"It's already 5:30, and I havent found my beret!" - the first thought in my head when I woke up this morning. It's a rainy TUESDAY. As TY Pedring continue to take its toll, I was busy looking for this particular hat. Then I found my BLACK BERET :)

The very first time I've worn a beret going to work. What is so special about this hat? As everyone's excited due to suspension of classes in all levels and work in govt office and private sectors, I'm dragging myself to report for work despite the terrible TYPHOON. Just the thought of fighting the strong wind with my umbrella, it makes me want to cry and go back to bed instead. It's too much trouble to commute with this kind of weather, imagine all the obstacles I have to go through. in short, I didn't want to go to work because I'm lost for style. I had no idea what to wear, something that suits the weather perhaps?

 

I put on my favorite sweater which is very comfortable to wear, paired with black tights and my favorite JUAN gray snap-on BOOTS. I'm very happy to have come up with this outfit because paired with beret, it's the perfect style for this kind of weather. 

When I thought I wouldn't find anything to complete my outfit, here's my little black beret. I did not even have to use my cute-pink-ruffled  umbrella and wrestle with the strong wind.

BLACK BERET, you are the only reason I reported for work. I did not want for people not to see you on my head. Bit fashionable despite what's going on outside :)

Few raised their eyebrows and some criticized this outfit, according to them "pang-WINTER SONATA" hahaha, obviously we dont have winter season so today, for me is the perfect weather for this outfit. I like this outfit and the beret actually did more than it's purpose.
